2. Description of services
2.1 Services
FastEsim is an online platform that, through its website www.fastesim.com and its mobile applications (iOS and Android), resells prepaid eSIMs for international travel. Payments made by the customer for the services offered are made securely through PayPal and/or Stripe, depending on the country of origin of the payment. All service prices include VAT and are expressed in US dollars (USD).
2.2 Acceptance of terms and conditions
The user who uses FastEsim's services must accept the Terms and Conditions described here. Before making the payment the user is obligated to accept the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed with the purchase, therefore, once the purchase is made the user's acceptance is understood.
2.3 Quality of Service
FastEsim undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to provide the end user with a service of the highest quality using all technical support channels, if required by the customer, such as WhatsApp or email. However, FastEsim cannot guarantee that the eSIM service will be uninterrupted, timely and fault-free, as it depends on third party technological services (mobile operators) outside FastEsim's operation and control.
2.4 Customer Commitment
FastEsim's customer undertakes not to perform any abusive, illegal or fraudulent actions that cause the network to be impaired, affected or damaged. In case there is evidence of such actions, FastEsim has the right to discontinue the service offered and the customer will remain obliged to comply with the payment due.
3. Device Compatibility
On FastEsim's various platforms (website, mobile applications, etc.), it is often suggested to check the compatibility of the device on which FastEsim's services are to be used. In fact, an updated list of compatible mobile devices is made available, and ways to check if a device is compatible with eSIM technology are explained. The eSIM compatibility list may not be exhaustive, so eSIM-compatible devices may need to be added. The list is available at the following link.In addition, prior to payment, the customer is obliged to agree that he/she has checked the compatibility of the device. Consequently, the customer is responsible for ensuring that his device is compatible with eSIM technology and is unlocked in order to be able to use the contracted services.
4. Start, duration and termination of the service
The start of the service begins when the customer makes the purchase through FastEsim's platforms (website, mobile applications, etc.).The duration of the service will depend on the validity and data usage of each eSIM package contracted.
The termination of the service occurs when the user has terminated their data package (by validity or usage) or when the eSIM has been removed from the device.
5. Delivery
The eSIMs purchased by the customer will be available, in the form of a QR code, in a few minutes, almost instantly, in their FastEsim account on the website or within the mobile applications, under the "My eSIMs" section.In addition, all eSIMs purchased will be sent, in the form of a QR code, to the email address used to make the purchase within minutes, almost instantly. An email will be sent for each eSIM purchased.
Installation and activation manuals for the eSIMs for different types of devices will also be made available to the customer both in the e-mails sent and on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the installation and activation of eSIMs is carried out correctly.
6. Liability and Warranty
FastEsim cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the lack of permanent availability of the proposed service.
