Refund Policy

1. General Policies
1.1 The refund policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of FastEsim's platforms.

1.2 The customer has the right to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM if the eSIM cannot be installed and used due to a technical problem with FastEsim.

1.3 Refund may be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase when activation is no longer possible after thorough troubleshooting in cooperation between FastEsim's support team and the customer.

1.4 Cooperation with the customer to resolve the problem promptly is required for a refund to be granted. We are not responsible if communication from the customer is intermittent and untimely, causing delays in the support process and exceeding the maximum refund request timeframe.

1.5 Each data package has its own validity period. No refund will be offered for the remaining data when the validity period expires.
2. Compensation
No refunds or remuneration of any kind will be issued due to charges for alternative phones, alternative SIM cards, alternative carriers, hotel phones or other charges that are not directly linked to purchases made by the user on FastEsim.
3. Fraudulent and unauthorized purchases
FastEsim reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity related to the use of the aforementioned products and services.

In addition, FastEsim reserves the right to suspend any account associated with abusive, illegal or fraudulent activity.
4. Exclusion of refunds
Once the customer installs the eSIM, it will be considered used and no refunds will be offered.
5. Charging errors
If the customer believes that the charge made is incorrect and/or different from the one shown on FastEsim's platforms, the customer must file a claim within 7 days from the date of purchase.
6. Refund Costs and Values
If a refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund value that a customer can request must be equal to or less than the total amount paid, never more.
7. Requesting a refund
To start a refund process you need to send an email to [email protected] or contact us through our contact section on our website www.fastesim.com.

The FastEsim support team will ask the customer for all the necessary information to support the refund request submitted. This information may include, but is not limited to, screenshots of the mobile device or screenshots of your FastEsim account, depending on the nature of the refund.
8. Method of Refund
If a refund is approved, the values to be refunded will be made to your original payment method used at the time of purchase or with Fastcoins. Refund times may take up to 30 days depending on your bank or financial institution.
