Referral Program Terms and Conditions

This document describes the terms and conditions of FastEsim's referral program and applies to all existing and future users. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and are effective as of the date of publication. To participate in the FastEsim Referral Program, the user must create or have an active FastEsim account. To participate in the Referral Program as a referred user, the user in question must have an active FastEsim account, new or old, and make a purchase with the referral user's code. 2.1. The referring user, once they have a FastEsim account, must go to the "Refer" section of their account and set up their unique referral code. 2.2. The referring user can share his/her referral code as he/she sees fit with his/her referred users. 2.3. The referred user can use the referral code before completing a purchase to apply for the Referral Program discount. 2.4. After the referred user successfully completes his purchase, the referring user will receive in his account a credit in Fastcoins that he can redeem on his next purchase. 3.1. The referred user must enter the referral code before completing the purchase for the discount to be applied. 3.2. The discount will be applied to the purchase of any eSIM. 3.3. The discount through the referral code cannot be combined with any other type of discount or promotion. 4.1. The referring user will receive credit once a referred user makes a successful purchase. The Referring User can obtain this benefit 1 (one) time only for each referred User. 4.2. The referring user will receive an email each time a referred user applies his/her referral code and generates the credit in favor of the Referring User. 4.3. The referring user will receive the credit in Fastcoins in his/her user account and will be able to use it in his/her next purchase. 4.4. The credit or Fastcoins cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion. 4.5. The credit or Fastcoins are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 5.1. FastEsim reserves the right to cancel or void this promotion to either the referred user or the referring user for any of the following reasons: 5.2. If there is a presumption of abuse of this promotion such as, for example, the use of several accounts belonging to the same client or group of clients, which are not part of the purpose of this promotion which is to refer new clients. 5.3. If it is presumed that any other type of abuse or act of bad faith is not in accordance with the objective of this promotion. 5.4. If fraudulent or abusive activity is presumed. 6.1. All referring and referred users who join this campaign agree to have read, understood and approved the present Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program. 6.2. The Terms and Conditions of the referral program cannot be challenged by the users adhered to the Referral Program; therefore, it is understood that any decision taken by FastEsim with respect to these regulations will be considered final. 6.3. The promoter of the Referral Program may require the identification of the users involved in this promotion if it deems it necessary.
